This Is Promo Issue Copy, So The Word "Sample" by Japanese Language are Printed on Both Labels.
Disc is Near MINT, Sleeve is EX Minus (No Tear, No Bottom Split, But It Has Small Light Brown Dot Spots Overall Like The Photo 3).
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
