Record is in Excellent condition (see my grading below)
There is a light surface scratch over the final two songs on side 2.
This produces slight noise between tracks but shouldn't effect your overall listening pleasure - the rest of the album is Near Mint.
The outer sleeve has a slight crease to the top edge - Inner sleeve is near mint.
Just being as honest as possible!

Record Grading:
Mint - Sealed/un-played (none of my records are un-played)
Near Mint - Played but in near perfect condition
Excellent - Played, may have some light marks or scratches - does not effect playing
Good - Scratches, pops but can be played without jumping/sticking
Poor - I won't sell any records that are poor!
