Description
From my own collection that I'm down-sizing . . .
These three Coldplay LPs are all first pressings bought on release in the UK.
They are listed separately as well so this bundle is a discount price reduction of £20 compared with buying them separately. For more pictures of each LP just search Coldplay in my other listings to see the sale details for each individual LP.
Here is a summary of those listings . . . .
Viva la Vida
Bought on release in the UK in 2008. I'll also include a 7" single which came with the NME in the week of release and is unopened. I have the album on CD so I listened to the vinyl once to check it.
I think this album was re-released fairly quickly but this is the original release with these matrix numbers: Side A: 212 1141 A-1 and Side B: 212 1141 B-1 (22 scratched).
The gatefold sleeve is excellent, you can just see on the left-side of the rear there is a slight dint at the open edge which was there when I got it. The 12-page LP-size booklet and the inner sleeve are like new. The 12" vinyl looks shiny and new with no blemishes. I've just put on some small sections to check and it plays very well. The 7" vinyl is still sealed.
Bought on release in the UK in 2011 but also had the CD so apart from playing the vinyl to check that it was okay this has been untouched since.
This is the original UK release so it has a die-cut gatefold sleeve, a printed inner sleeve, plus a three-section posted printed on one side. All of these are basically like new. The vinyl looks shiny and new with no blemishes. I've just put on some short sections and it plays very well.
Bought on release in the UK in 2014. It came with a voucher for a download (included with the MP3s) and so I listened to it in the car. I will have played the vinyl once to check that it was okay, but that's all.
There was a sticker which I presume was on the shrink-wrap and you can see I must have peeled it off carefully and then stuck neatly on the inner sleeve. The gatefold sleeve and the inner sleeve are both like new. The vinyl is shiny and new. I've just listened to some small sections and as expected it plays very well.
I'll include the download card (the date has now expired) with a CD that has a copy of the each MP3 track.
