CONDITION DETAILS Limited Edition 180 gram. Cover looks great; a few creases in top-left corner; light-scuffing and surface impressions (front/back); slight discoloration on back, check mark next to one song title. Inner-sleeve is rice-paper backed poly. Spine is easy-to-read with mild-wear; developing split near center. Some shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and a couple divots. 1960 pressing with silver label (date is approximate). (Not a cut-out.)

In the United Kingdom, the album was released with the title Blue Saxophones. Quite possibly one of the best jazz albums ever recorded. Coleman Hawkins and Ben Webster are in perfect harmonic balance with every song. Blues for Yolande is an amazing song and Rosita is played to perfection. This album is a must for ANY jazz fan. Both tenor sax greats are in phenomenal form.
