Description
VERY RARE private press drug rehab/mental hospital produced spooky folk psych out of NY.
Vinyl is M-/VG++, There is nothing like a scratch or even a hairline scratch, just a light scuff or 2. Listened to the whole LP, Sounds great, no pops or clicks, very minimal surface noise. Sleeve is VG++. Cover is in very nice shape, all seams intact, some very minor (almost invisible) ring-wear. Only issue is the plastic covering is just starting to come away from the sleeve in the upper right front cover. (see photos) Back cover is blank. (not pictured). Included is a mimeograph I found inside the record that seems to relate to the project.
LPs graded visually unless where noted (This one was play-graded).

We double-box all vinyl LPs for shipment. The LPs are removed from covers, secured in an LP mailer, then that mailer is placed into a 14 x 14 corrugated cardboard box with plenty of padding. We have yet to have a record damaged in shipment.
