Description

Multi talented Czech Sympho Rock overdrive with a heavy ELP sensibility. Keyboardist, Marian Varga leads this performance with accurate precision, obviously the result of years studying the classic composers. While their bassist is no Greg Lake, they do have their own Carl Palmer. Drummer, Dusan Hajek keeps the pace and does not miss a beat. Drop this guy into any mathrock complicated Zappa, Magma, or Yes jam and he'll probably pull it off with his eyes closed. The very flimsy cover is in very nice EX-/VG condition with a few issues around the edges. Not bad really, considering this delicate material could easily have been mishandled and abused after 50 years. The vinyl retains it's excellent shine and looks great. Check all the photos with many views and angles. Somewhat aggressive, semi pretentious, and never out of step, Collegium Musicum deliver a loud recital that's sure to please the progrock collector as well as the Music Dept  professor.
