Description

This Coltrane Live at Birdland LP is from the closing of a local estate with a collection of over 3000  (mostly jazz)  LPs. Other artists are McCoy Tyner (piano), Jimmie Garrison (bass) & Elvin Jones (drums). The gatefold shows slight shelf wear, but the record itself is in very good+ condition. Tracks A1, A2 & B1 were recorded live at Birdland on October 8, 1963 and tracks B2 & B3 were recorded in the studio on November 18, 1963. A-50-A is in the runout. The gentleman had his own filing system of his collection & every sleeve and/or box is labeled. You can see that label in the photos that I've uploaded.
