- Side 3 & 4 - VGVG+ (Side 3 has surface noise, Side 4 has faint surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides)
- Side 5 & 6 - VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Side 7 & 8 - VGVG+ (Side 7 has surface noise, Side 8 has faint surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides)
Book-Like Cover: VGVG+ (Wear along the edges and corners. Binding tight. Front of cover has surface wear with a piece of the surface off by the clown's eye and has tape. Also tape near the bottom. Small piece of tape on the bottom of the second record sleeve on the inside)
