Rare 5-Record Boxed Set: Budapest String Quartet "The Complete String Quartets of Ludwig von Beethoven" Columbia SL-174. These are Columbia Blue label records all in EX condition. The right edge of the box is missing 1 1/4 inch and the top edge is loose. Very difficult to find this important set intact and in this fine condition.
This record is one of a newly acquired collection of almost 10,000 records. This is an impressive collection gathered over more than 50 years. The collection includes many First Pressings, Imports and rare pieces, including Brunswick White Cloud Gold Label, HMV, Victor Scroll Red Label, early Large Logo Blue Label Columbia recordings, Columbia Banner Labels, early Polydor Labels, Pathe' and others.
