Description

This is another sale from a my collection of classical records, which includes early stereo rarities on Decca, Columbia, HMV and RCA.


UK pressing Columbia 33CX 1562, Paganini Violin Concerto No. 1 Cantabile in D major performed by Leonid Kogan and the Paris Conservatoire Orchestra conducted by Charles Bruck. Blue and Gold and sleeve is a scalloped flip back, laminated front and back. The matrix numbers engraved on the run-out are XLX 336 21B and XLX 337 21B. XT tax code is stamped on side 1. Inner sleeve is plain paper.


Grading

Visually graded the vinyl under a task lamp. Side 1 has one light scratch 2 cm long and a few very faint light scratches. Side 2 has a few very faint light scratches. Would grade vinyl as Excellent. It plays with no skips or jumps very little  crackle. The sleeve is Excellent. 


Note that record will be posted in a cardboard record mailer. Record and inner sleeve will be in a card sleeve.
