Description

Collectors, here is a copy of 10 inch Columbia Flag Label #14064.  The amazing Bessie Smith performs "The St. Louis Blues", with organ and cornet.  On the flip side, she performs "Cold in Hand Blues", with piano and cornet.  These were recorded on January 14, 1925, and Columbia released the record in October 1925.  A very slow and sexy version of St. Louis, very effective, you will love both songs.  The record shows wear but plays OK with moderate surface noise.  As I post this, there is nothing similar for sale on eBay.   Add this way cool disc to your record stack, reasonable buy it now price given what I have here, go for it!
