The front of the paper sleeve has a colorful picture of Santa and three dwarfs hanging on to eight reindeer  

The back of the sleeve has titles of other children's Columbia records

Labels are yellow with red border and red writing

Condition: 

• Sleeve:  VG+VG+ (Wear along the edges and corners. Crease and bit of surface wear on both sides from the record) 
• Record:  VGVG+ (Side 1 has surface noise, Side 2 has faint surface noice, can still hear clearly on both sides)    
• Labels: VGVG (Both sides have a bit of wear around the center hole. Side 1 has a scratch, Side 2 has some scribbling, which can be seen under a light)

Overall in great condition, considering the age.
