The front of the paper sleeve has a colorful picture of Suzy Snowflake outside a window with Little Red Riding Hood in front of a Christmas Tree
The back of the sleeve has titles of other Columbia Children's Records

Condition:
- Sleeve: VGVG (Both sides have crease from record. Bit of wear along the edges and corners with tiny creases. Some tears along the top open edge. Some surface wear on both sides)
- Record: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG++ (Side 1 has wear around the center hole)
