David Oistrakh (violin) plays Encores: Claire de Lune (Debussy), Jota (Falla), Extase (Ysaye), Valse Scherzo (Tchaikovsky), Love Song (Suk), Three Hungarian Folk Dances (Kodály), Legénde (Wieniawski), Mazurka (Zarzycki). Vladimir Yampolski plays piano. Superb performance !!!
One of the holy grails of violin playing !!!
Label: Columbia SAX 2253. Blue/silver label. First edition (ED1). The vinyl of this early UK stereo LP is near mint (one tiny harmless hairline only, record plays with some incidental soft pops only). VERY VERY RARE !!!
