Description



UK Columbia Stereo SAX 2486 Mozart Symphonies No 40 and No 41; Klemperer, Philharmonia Orchestra.

Vinyl 6.5/10. 1st edition, blue/silver label. YAX 941-4/YAX 942-2 matrices. Extensive light surface scratches on both sides, with moderate surface noise, and several loud tics/pops.

Record has NOT been professionally cleaned. Auditioned in its entirety; in spite of surface noise, the record is entirely listenable, with excellent EMI orchestral sonics. Good space filler until a better copy is obtainable.

Jacket 8/10, spine lettering is legible. Laminated front, light wear, light discoloration on rear from age. Original glassine inner sleeve in excellent condition, with one seam split. (Shipped in generic white paper sleeve for safety.)
