Excellent Condition
Rare, original 1967 first issue on UK Columbia semi-circle white/red label. It features an outstanding performance by the Cleveland Orchestra in top form. The recording quality is excellent throughout with exceptional presence, clarity and dynamics.
The disc is in excellent clean condition without visible marks or scratches. It has been play tested on both sides on a Linn LP12/Ittok. It plays beautifully. There is some very occasional, slight surface noise, consistent with a 50 year-old record. Please note: there is one audible 'click' in band 2, side 2. This should not affect one's enjoyment of the recording.
The sleeve is the original flip-back in excellent, clean condition. The laminate is intact with slight wear and a few minor creases. There is some minor age-related wear on the back of the sleeve. Please see the photos.
