Complete Special Limited Edition 1st Pressing War Of The Worlds LP Box Set. Jeff Wayne‘s musical version of The War of the Worlds. CBS Records WOW 100 Stereo. Label/sticker on outer black box lid in left hand corner states - The album contains the singles ‘Forever Autumn’ featuring Justin Hayward, ‘Brave New World’ featuring David Essex and ‘The Eve of the War’. This special limited edition box set no. 09099 contains:

- Booklet - the story of the album

Condition is Used. Please see all photographs for condition, these are part of this listing. The titled box has an edition numbered label and contents label on the front, there are stain marks inside and outside, 2 of the 8 corners are broken, the box is quite scuffed all round, the lid is torn on the bottom edge on the opening cutout, the outer black layer is damaged at the bottom on the front and back. The paperback book is in good condition, no torn or creased pages, no writing but the pages are ‘yellowed’ and slight crease on the spine -dated 1978 4th printing. The giant poster has no pin marks but while folded has suffered stain damage along one side affecting the edges and middle of the poster on both the back and front. The booklet has also suffered stain damage along the bottom edge throughout the booklet, no torn or creased pages, no writing. The LP cardboard sleeve has also suffered stain damage along the bottom throughout, not torn, few surface scratches on front & back outer cover. The 2 LPs are in their original paper inner sleeves, no marks on sleeves. The 2 LPs are in very good condition, with no visible scratches. From a smoke free & pet free home.
