Description
No reserve auction for this Talking Heads Speaking in Tongues LP from 1983. Limited edition designed by the famous American artist Robert Rauschenberg.
I have had this album in storage for the past 10+ years.
The condition of this particular album/cover is near mint. All three Rauschenberg designed inserts are intact. The two inside and the outer is still attached (common to find the outer one removed/damaged). In fact the album is secured inside and I am unsure if the cover has ever been opened, I certainly have never opened it (nor did I for the pictures as it maybe original never opened). The outer insert is still attached and spins freely as designed!
As shown in the pictures there are the expected minimal surface scratches on the cover from storage over the years and the typical yellowing of these covers which is not severe. There are no chips or broken corners off the cover but there is some minor corrosion/dust accumulation in a few spots as evident in the pictures.
The LP itself is secured inside the cover and the label looks brand new through the outside and may never have been played.
I will very carefully package in a sturdy box to ensure it arrives safely
100% positive feedback so purchase with confidence and feel free to ask any questions.
