Der neuseeländische Weirdo Connan Mockasin veröffentlichte sein Debüt unter dem Titel Forever Dolphin Love am 15.April 2011 als Doppel-Album mit beiliegender Live-CD. Für das Label Phantasy Sound von Produzent, DJ und Szene-Koryphäe Erol Alkan ist dies die erste Album-Veröffentlichung. Und was für eine: Johnny Marr (The Smiths), Radiohead und Ed Banger Impressario Busy P sind bereits Fans von Connan.

Die Single Forever Dolphin Love erscheint mit einem Erol Alkan Rework und einem Mickey Moonlight Remix auf dem Label Phantasy Sound. Der 10minütige Videoclip stammt von Daniel Brereton (Warp Films), der schon Clips für Metronomy und Late Of The Pier fertig stellte.
