Cornelius - Fantasma 1998 Matador Records Release Ole-300-1 Black vinyl, first pressing. Experimental / J-pop / Indie
Rare original 1998 copy of Cornelius's masterwork 'Fantasma'. A kaleidoscopic genre-defying record! Merges everything from free jazz, to hip hop to tropicália. Hugely influential and singularly unique production- nothing like it!
Lightly played copy, in nice shape overall. Missing liners/booklet (this was a 4"x4" copy, I believe identical to CD version)
Sleeve- VG, some slight signs of wear Sleeve printed with a matte/uncoated ink, so does unfortunately gets dinged easily. No tears or creases, but has few scuffs and spots in the white areas on front/back. Record- VG, has minor signs of handling/wear. No deep scratches, B-side does have one small scuff (last pic) Didn't present more than a little surface noise/crackle for me- but wanted to mention.
