I purchased this new from Jellies records in Hawaii back in the mid-90s and am the original owner. I did not play it often but it has been stored well and cared for as only a manic audiophile would. It has only ever seen high quality needles (Sumiko, Grado) properly set up on high end arms in high end decks (Ariston, VPI). I just played through side one to confirm it sounds great, has the usual amount of low level surface noise you would expect from vinyl, and a random assortment of ticks mist likely simply due to static.
The cover show very minor shelf wear, a tiny scuff on the spine and a small amount of sticker residue if you look hard enough for it. This is the original import (made in Holland) and thus was not wrapped in warp-inducing shrink wrap so price stickers were placed directly on the covers in many stores. The LP is beautiful, bits of dust clinging to with static but is otherwise clean. The vinyl shows imperfections in the vinyl itself, it is not a sign of abuse or wear. Again, I have been the sole owner of this lp and have treated it well.
