Up for sale is my personal favorite album by Counting Crows, Recovering the Satellites, on vinyl LP!  I bought this at a local record shop years ago, and although it was already opened I never spun it, so it needs to move on to a more deserving home.  
The record itself appears NM, as my novice eyes couldn't detect any scratches or blemishes.  The sleeve is probably graded as excellent +, as it has very minimal shelf wear and the corners are quite sharp.  Please see the attached pictures for more detail.
I've done my best to document any concerns with pictures, so please note that all sales are final.
