Country All-Stars- String Dustin', 1953 RCA LPM 3167 10", Rare Original !!. Cover is not too bad. Top has a split about 1/4 across, and bottom has a small split in the middle. A "paid" stamp on top left of back cover. Residue on cover from where a sticker was once removed with light specks of paper loss. Some rubbing/ring wear. This sounds a lot worse than it looks when held in hand. The record itself is beautiful, shiny and clean. Plays fantastic with only the slightest surface noise. I would be surprised to hear a reissue with the same depth. Appears to have been played very little and handled correctly. I am trying to give this a modest grade because I am not a professional grader, and I believe it easily could possibly get an even better grade. The cover shows some wear but is still more attractive than worn. The disc has only minimal signs of handling and plays the same. Amazing work from Chet Atkins, Homer & Jethro, among others. This is quite a prized piece of vinyl and is available in multiple reissues, but I still stand by the original copy from this classic era of RCA issues. The vinyl is stored in a separate sleeve to prevent further wear to the cover, and will be mailed well protected.
