Coven - Witchcraft Destroys Minds and Reaps Souls - PROMO White Label - (Mercury 1969) SR-6 1239 (Stereo) 
Jacket is VG to VG+-  NO seam splits, sturdy and intact. Double Gatefold is in great shape. No tears and ring wear is minor. One 1" faded ink mark near the lyrics to White Witch of Rose Hall. Insignificant.
Let me further elaborate on flaws that may or may not be a concern for you. As I said, overall, this record and jacket are in good shape. 
Corners show a little wear, no major crushing has happened in that regard.  Spine shows notable wear with one 1" bald spot in the center of it. Otherwise, edges are solid. A blemish or two here and there, but sturdy and, again, not split. Remember, this jacket is quite elaborate! 
Under close inspection, you'll note some scratches, a scuff or two, minor indentations, a couple of wrinkles. All commensurate with age and hard rock living. HOWEVER, overall, the jacket IS intact, looks good, and isn't falling apart. It's not crappy. It's a good one, worth your investment. I point these flaws out to be honest, so I don't have to hear these issues later. 
The Vinyl is VG to VG+ - I want to say it's VG+, but my conscience won't let me. You'll note a decent amount of light scratches on both sides - but NO big gouges or deal-breakers. Record still retains a nice gloss and isn't particularly soiled by devilish handling. One blemish, about 1/7th of the way through the Black Mass (Jeez, that creeps me out to even say it - I don't go in for all this Satan stuff!) but I played it and it didn't skip or make a lot of noise. I have tracked the record and noted only the usual amount of clicks and pops. Didn't notice any skips or serious damage. Ask away if you have further questions. 
Remember, this is a white label, PROMO copy, making it extra rare and desirable. 
Hard to believe this is the same band that scored a hit with One Tin Soldier from the movie, Billy Jack, but it's true! Originally from Indianapolis, the band migrated to Chicago and began to open for some of the bigger rock acts of the day, including the Yardbirds, Alice Cooper, and Vanilla Fudge. 
Their debut LP on the Mercury Label shocked some with its 'diabolical subject matter' (wiki) and the inclusion of the Black Mass. Others saw these things as more gimmicky attempts to garner press coverage. Nonetheless, singer Jinx Dawson is now considered by some to be a defacto, Queen of Goth for her early efforts in the genre. It is also said that Coven was the first band to 'throw the horns' onstage. Perhaps they were. At any rate, theirs is a shadowy legacy that continues to pique the curiousity of listeners worldwide. 
Elsewhere on ebay, you'll find my copy of the bands '74 release, Blood on the Snow, for sale, sealed and in mint condition. 
Truth is, this stuff is not for me. I found this years ago and have rarely listened to it. But, I know there are those that have different tastes than mine. Here you go! Listen at your own risk!
