Cream’s Disraeli Gears first pressing A/2 B/3 1967 UK Reaction Records 594003 P 1966 on side two with RS (Robert Stigwood) on both labels and beautiful Ernest J. Day sleeve.
This band is why the term “supergroup” was coined and for good reason they were the cream of the crop and this fascinating debut record confirmed it. You have to remember this was 1966!!!! I saw them at Madison Square Garden here in New York City in October of 1968 they were amazing live.
The record grades a modest Excellent+ there’s just a few very feint marks nothing deep at all all or that affect the performance of this outstanding record....It’s a keeper!
