Selling-up my extensive record collection. Lots of interesting records in the collection - do have a look at my other items, and there are new listings every week. I may have obscure things that you didn't even know you wanted!

A nice first-issue copy of the 1967 album by the mighty Cream. A2/B3 matrices.

Pictures are my own photos of the items for sale. Photos are part of the description, have a good look.

Cover - is front-laminated, very good - front is very nice, very shiny, slight ring-wear, a scallop crease, an old bend at bottom left has left a crease. Spine and edges are excellent. Back is very good.

Record - First, notes on my visual inspection, and notes about a play-test after that - on side one, I saw a surface mark on track 1, and a mark - maybe a stylus impact - between tracks 1 and 2. And that's all on side one. On side two, I don't see any damage, but see next - I did a play-test on this - it doesn't play quite as good as it looks. I played it quite loud on my high-end equipment. There are a few crackles, generally not loud at all, in the first few tracks, and no problems at all in the last few songs. On side two, a few crackles at the start of the side, and some light crackles during "We're Going Wrong". I left myself some notes when I first got it - back then, I saw a nearly-invisible scratch on that track - which I can't see at all now! General audio is fine, sounds just as it should. Labels are excellent.

I have been collecting records for 50 years (when finances allowed!), and now it's time to sell-up. I bought them mostly around local shops (second-hand), but sometimes from e-bay, and sometimes new, for my favourite bands.

When I'm checking for damage on records, I look at them carefully with my reading glasses on, in good daylight. This method detects any bits of damage that will affect what you hear when listening to it - and lots that are not audible. Using a spotlight or direct sunlight shows more surfacey marks sometimes, but I don't do that - records are for listening to, not trying to see your face in.

Postage at cost within UK - £3.00 plus 50p for a proper record mailer Happy to do combined postage wherever practical. I'll charge you what it costs me - so anything up to six (or so) LPs still the same £3.50.

I'm happy to send this overseas. See below for details, if bidding from outside UK - you need to know this stuff. Overseas customers - DON'T request an invoice, it screws-up the e-bay system.

Dispatch will usually be "next day".

Collection in person is welcome.

I don't mail things personally, to countries outside the UK - ( I mean it, don't ask) - but I am happy to use E-Bay UK's Global Shipping Program, for sending things abroad. Under this scheme, I send the parcel to an e-bay depot in UK, and they forward it to the overseas buyer.

They have a tracked courier service, for the journey from their UK depot, to the buyer.

This means that I can ONLY accept payments through e-bay (Pay Now button), and I can't send invoices.

E-Bay UK tells me, they do NOT do combined postage in the Global Shipping Programme. Charges to the customer for delivery are whatever you're told they are - if you don't want to pay the postal / courier charges, then do not bid.

International buyers should be able to see a postage cost to their country, you may have to input your location, if your country is included in the scheme.

If your country is not mentioned, please do not bid.
