UK pressing 11-track stereo vinyl LP, front laminated picture sleeve with 'Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd' and 'Patents Pending' lettering on reverse and A2/B3 matrix numbers in the vinyl run off area.

GRADING:

Cover - Very Good Plus 

Front laminated cover which is still very glossy after all these years.

When caught in the right light there is an area around the top right hand quarter of the sleeve where there is some marking/small light lifting marks to the laminate. On normal inspection front on this is not visible.

Back sleeve is very clean and tidy.

Light wear at sleeve entrance.

Top and bottom seam clean and intact with minimal wear.

E.J Day sleeve with Patents Pending text. 

Stereo catalogue number on the rear of sleeve.

There is wear to the spine where the album title is not fully readable. Looking at the excellent condition of the front and rear of the sleeve I think the album may have been stored on the spine. Please see photo of spine.

Record - Excellent

Very light and occasional background noise. 

The labels are very clean and bright.

Matrix numbers 594003 A2 and 594003 B3.

The vinyl is generally clean and glossy with just a few wispy hairlines.

Excellent play copy.

Our grading is based on the system used by Record Collector magazine as described below (We don't sell records with a grading of less than very good).

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Record will be sent in a cardboard cruciform record mailer with additional cardboard stiffeners for extra protection. The record is also placed in a protective polythene sleeve. The record/inner will be removed from the main sleeve to guard against any seam/spine damage during postage.
