Description
The is the VERY RARE Original US First Press of Cream's 1967 Psychedelic Masterwork "Disraeli Gears" in MONO. Extremely hard to find and in exceptional condition!
Vinyl is VG+ deep gloss, bright shine, beautiful looking disc. Has visible surface scuffing and scratches, but nothing that can be felt with a fingernail or seriously affects playback (listen below). Plays with barely any background noise at all. Clean gold & gray ATCO labels with some spindle wear on each side, only visible in angled light (just impressions, not marks). This is actually the even less common Terre Haute pressing as indicated by the "CT" suffix on the label matrix.
Sleeve is VG+ bright neon colors, strong seams and corners, no visible ringwear, fully legible spine (see pics). Just shy of NM- due to very minor flaking of top left an bottom right corners and sticker residue top right (see detail pic). Front has some surface marks when held at stark angle to the light. No stains, no creases, no tears, no splits. Simply gorgeous. Original ATCO company sleeve is crisp and bright with light yellowing compared to the inside. Light fold at top corner and a 1/2" nick at top. One side has 2" split, other side and bottom are solid.
