Cream Fresh LP DCC Bonus Tracks Recalled 1996 Sealed Psych Clapton Baker Bruce
We are offering an original DCC 180 gram Pure Virgin Vinyl Analogue pressing of the LP by CREAM titled "Fresh Cream"Pressed by DCC Compact Classics in 1996... catalog number LPZ-2015.
When DDC received the master tapes for this high quality issue there were additional songs found on the tapes that were not included on the original release of this record back in 1967.
DCC decided to included the 4 bonus tracks on this pressing since there was room for them.
The record was short anyway and they thought it was a good idea.
The problem was that they didn't have the authorization to do so.
A law suit was directly filed the week of release, and the records were recalled, sent back and destroyed.
This was a numbered limited edition when released... this copy is number #551... a rather low number.
I was running a Music wholesale distributorship at the time and kept a copy for myself.
Cover Condition: Mint still factory sealed. Although the opening perforation is partially torn but not completely opened. See photo.
