Swedish garage rock/punk band The Hellacopters have been torching stages for 30 years now, so what better way to celebrate that than to deep dive the vaults and pull out a few tunes you may not have heard? This album is the third in a series that sheds light on some of the band's lesser known tunes and rare tracks, totalling 24 track filled with the band's high octane spirit. Opening with the one-two punch of 'Long Gone Losers' and 'Pack Of Lies' the album kicks off in style. 'Long Gone Losers' in particular is stunning, sounding like a knees up/punch up in a honky tonk bar. Similarly, 'Disappointment Blues' is shot through with an energy that shoots out of the speakers. Alongside originals are a wealth of covers, as The Hellacopters give their spin on the likes of Alice Cooper, Motorhead, MC5 and Smokey Robinson (amongst others). All are brimming with an undeniable love of the original songs. Running to nearly 75 minutes of music, this collection of rarities does what many fail to do, which is to constantly deliver great songs one after the other.
