On offer here is a first pressing of Wheels Of Fire by Cream, released in Mono on the Polydor Label In 1968, catalogue number 582 031/2
This is a double LP with one album in the studio and one live at the Fillmore. Studio tracks include White Room, Sitting On Top Of The World, Politician and others. The live album tracks are Crossroads, Spoonful Traintime and Toad.
This is probably Cream’s finest album and considered by many to be one of the greatest live albums ever, this is classic rock at it’s finest and an essential rock album for any collection, and Mono copies like this are now quite hard to find.
The gatefold sleeve with brilliant art by Martin Sharp is in overall Excellent condition, with the beginnings of light ringwear, inevitable for this album, but it is light and the spine is in great shape with no edge wear on either the top or bottom edges.
The vinyls are also in good shape with some light marks. Labels are in Excellent shape and the Matrix numbers are A1 and B1.
The records will be sent outside of their sleeve in a polythene cover sandwiched between two 12” stiffeners in a heavy duty record mailer made by Covers 33, as used by Mail Order Record companies.
