Original 1st Press OZ LP released in 1969 on Liberty Records. Cat: SLYL933374. Features Gloss cover with back flaps.
This record came from a collection in absolutely stunning condition, many not played at all and most only played a few times at best.
Opening slowly with the dark, swampy "Born on the Bayou," Bayou Country reveals an assured Creedence Clearwater Revival, a band that has found its voice between their first and second album. It's not just that "Born on the Bayou" announces that CCR has discovered its sound it reveals the extent of John Fogerty's myth-making.

There are a few very light spindle marks on labels. Record has some light scuff marks that cause a few light crackles and is in Excellent condition. Gloss cover with back flaps has some light marks and a few tiny surface tears around edges and is in Excellent condition.
Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
