CONDITION.

COVER-EXCELLENT.cover is clean and complete,all edges are complete,pinched spine is complete and fully readable,no tears,splits or writing,laminate lift down spine edge on front and back ''see photos''.

RECORD-NEAR MINT.in super condition,i can't see any marks on the vinyl,the record plays through perfectly,there are no faults on the lp,it sounds superb.

LABELS.both labels are clean and complete,there is no wear round the spindal hole,there are some visible trails,side 2 label has the smallest of a scuff right on the edge by the dead wax,but it's tiny.

INNER POLY SLEEVE.clean,complete and crease free.

GRADING.

I grade the vinyl i sell on how it plays,i do not visually grade vinyl,markings to the vinyl surface may or may not effect the way a record plays,the more marking a record has,the more likely it is to sound,but that's not always so.

When i grade a record  near mint,thats its playing condition,just about perfect,most records are not near mint,most have some faults,they are used items and have been enjoyed,in some cases for many years.

All the records offered for sale have been cleaned on a moth record cleaning machine,this makes the grooves much quieter as it removes most of the dirt etc.

I would like to think that i take great care in grading vinyl,but i am not perfect,sometimes i get it wrong,but you can e-mail me and i will sort out any problems that occur.

MINT-NEW

NEAR MINT-RECORD.near perfect as good a playing surface as you are likely to find,clean labels with the absolute minimal of trails.COVER.near perfect,as good as you are likely to find.

EXCELLENT(+).RECORD.A top playing copy,not quite near mint,may have minimal surface noise,vinyl surface may or may not have minimal marking,if it does,it will not sound..Labels will be clean with or without some more visible trailing.COVER.a very nice example not far of near mint,may have the lightest crease,bleminging or very minimal storage wear.

EXCELLENT.RECORD.A sound playing copy with no passages of ticking,no jumps,skips,knocks or sticking.record may have some surface noise,but it may not,may have the odd tick or light pop,but may not,most listed here will play clean.vinyl surface may or may not have markings,these should not sound.records from the 50's and 60's may have the lightest hint of age crackle or light surface noise,more prelevent to mono recordings,but they may not.Labels may show visible trailing and possible light spindal wear,but may not.COVER.cover should be in a sound condition,no tears or scuffs,may or may not have minimal corner,edge,ring or spine wear,may or may not have some light aging or blemishing.

EXCELLENT(-)RECORD.As above but will have either a few pops or a passage of light ticking,or something that sounds other than mentioned,markings to the vinyl surface will sound.if i grade with a minus,the reason will be on the listing.COVER.may have light creasing.

VERY GOOD(+) RECORD. The record will still play to an excellent or better sound quality,the record will have more noticeable surface noise,possible pops or some ticking.the record will not jump,stick or skip.many very good(+) record are still fine playing copies,as such i will give more detail on the listing,vinyl surface will be marked.Labels will show more noticable wear,may or may not have the odd scuff,will show more noticeable spindal wear,but may not.COVER.will have noticeable creasing, corner,edge,ring or spine wear.,but will be complete,may have aging or noticeable markings.

All the ABOVE grades are decent records,all should give an enjoyable listening experience.

VERY GOOD.RECORDS.I will not list records here unless rare,grading will be for the stated listing.COVER.as above,with the addition of tearing,mentioned on listing.

GOOD,Record  will have a lot of surface noise,may click,tick,knock or jump more than once.

FAIR.Of use  only as a collection gap filler.The record will simply be rubbish as a playing format.

POOR.Broken.

I will be fair and honest with record grading,however you may feel i have it wrong,if so please contact me directly,i'm not perfect,record grading is not perfect.i would hope that a record that i am happy with someone else would be to.

FEEDBACK.

Feedback is a personal thing,i will never ask any buyer to leave feedback,i will leave it,but receiving it back has to be earned,if i dont earn it,i dont deserve it.

I would like to think that i am an honest seller,that i care about the items i send out,i would never knowingly sell anything that is not up to standard,peoples views on used items can differ from person to person,so if you are not happy with anything that you have recieved from me,please contact me.

THE POSTAL SERVICE.

I never leave my items unposted longer than the second day after the item has been purchased,most of the time it goes next day.once i have posted the item an envolope logo will appear next to the item on your buying page.

The post office is responsible for the time it takes to reach you,sometimes there are delays,these are not my fault,please bare this in mind when filling in the dispatch time stars on the feedback page,this really applies more to international buyers.
