Description
This is a once in a lifetime auction. This is a time capsule copy from 1953 of The Crickets Fine As Wine/I'm Not The One You Love on Jay Dee. Catalog number 781-45. I'm not sure how many copies exist, but as far as I can see one in this condition has never seen an internet sale, most likely trading hands exclusively between 45 collectors. This has no stacking or ring wear or writing on the label, and only a miniscule tear on side A as pictured. The record has some cosmetic marks, and one light scratch across side b but outside of the limitations of technology from 1953 this is the finest playing copy you will likely ever see. I am conservatively grading this at VG+, but VG++ is more accurate. This has been cleaned and playtested and is stored in a disckeeper 7" inner sleeve along with the original plain paper sleeve and stored in a protective outer sleeve. I have been selling and shipping records for years and it will safely get it to your destination.
