Description

Here is a rare 1969 vinyl record album, Crickets by Kenneth L. Marier, I found it at an estate sale here in Chicago.  I haven’t listened to it but it seems to be a nature field recording of actual crickets (?).  It seems quite rare, I can only find one copy in the sales records on Worthpoint, and a few listed on the Discogs site but none currently for sale.    As far as record company, it says Cricket Records – 2513 N. Major, Chicago Ill. 60639.  This is the address of a house in the middle of a residential block on the north side of Chicago not far from where I found it.  I looked at both sides and don’t notice any scratches or damage, it is in fantastic shape.  The cover just has normal wear from storage, the edges are all sturdy.  The paper inner sleeve is a bit creased, see the photos.  Buyer pays $5.50 shipping within the US.
