So hard to let this go, after all these years! But it is time. Please may it go to a good home.
This is my absolutely authentic, original copy of Crime's second 45 -- which is signed by the band!
It was signed by the boys circa early 1978. Front side is autographed by Frankie Fix; Johnny Strike; Ron the Ripper; plus Hank Rank, who had joined the band in late '77 shortly after the single was released. Back side is signed (again) by Ron the Ripper; and Brittley Black's face is scribbled over with the pen. I don't know who did that, but it was probably Hank, as he had replaced Brittley.
Frankie Fix is now dead R.I.P., so this is probably your last chance ever to find his autograph anywhere.
VINYL CONDITION: VG+. Played skip-free, sounds great!
LABELS CONDITION: Pretty dang good overall. Each side has a small quarter-inch area of yellowish residue of some sort, no big deal.
SLEEVE CONDITION: Impossible to truly grade. If the guys hadn't written all over it, it might be considered VG-- (Very Good Minus Minus) or G++. It's all intact and no seam splits. Numerous rough-spots of residue, and areas where the ink wore off. (See writeup below from Crime fansite discography.) You should view the fotos carefully.
For those of you who must know, the background wall on the front cover foto is inside one of the underground stations of the San Francisco Bay Area subway system, known as B.A.R.T.

(From the Crime fansite discography:) "Frustration was recorded in early 1977 (anywhere between April and June) with Novak handling production duties. The single was released sometime around July 1977.
The "Frustration" picture sleeve has the same [type of] shiny printed surface as the Teen Idles "Minor disturbance" EP and Agnostic Fronts' "United blood" which scratches very easily. Therefore it is unusual to find a copy with a mint condition sleeve. Copies of the "Frustration" single seldom come up for sale and ususally command a higher price than "Hot Wire my heart", regardless of the condition. Copies with the picture sleeve [only 200-250 ever distributed] sold quickly at the time and had become much sought-after not even a year after its initial release. A larger number of singles were available without the picture sleeve and were distributed in a white paper sleeve."===================================================================================================================
