Description
Lovely play copy of this masterpiece which you might pick up for 99p. I have used this as a playing copy and it has been played sparingly since I bought it in the 90s but it was a used record, then.
It is in used condition, certainly not mint but plays through with virtually no clicks, NO POPS or excessive surface noise. It is a well pressed 70s pressing of this album.
Please note, I am an extremely conservative grader of LPs. I do not grade played records (even ones which look mint), above very good condition because I think it is dishonest.
Cover: Fair condition. No splits but there is some creasing and edgewear to the textured sleeve. Not especially noticeable in a good plastic sleeve but this is subjective. It is obviously used. See photos.
No "formal" inner sleeve.
Disc: The labels have spindle marks and the disc has been played multiple times. I personally have played it around 6 times max but it was second hand when I bought it. That said, the sound quality on this LP is superb. There are no pops and minimal surface noise across both sides. There is tiny amounts of "ambient" vinyl noise in the silence between tracks. There have always been two clicks on the track Deja Vu but they have never bothered me.
The record has always been in a paper sleeve and there are hairlines and little scuffs/marks but all of these were on the disc when I bought it. It has always been cared for and never abused. It is a well pressed UK manufactured 70s pressing and the vinyl is shiny.
This is an ideal play copy and opportunity for a bargain. I hope it goes to a good home; it is obviously not mint but a very tidy copy. Obviously the album is superb musically. Clicks are minimal (and virtually non-existent). UK bidders only unless using the GSP. Thanks!
