Description
Crosswind-No One But You (Harbor City Records 1987?). Rare original copy of this modern soul boogie single out of Baltimore. This record contains the same Fire (It's Getting Hot) track as the black label version of this single, but this light blue label version does not have the ballad We Can Work It Out on the a-side. Instead the a-side has a sunny mid-tempo love jam called No One But You. There's no date on the labels, but I found this platter in a pile of mid to late 80's vinyl in Baltimore. I can't find any reference to this version of the single, but the boogie-times site out of France has the mysterious No One But You for sale as an mp3. The band name Crosswind does not appear on the labels of this version, but all of the writing and production credits are exactly the same as the black label version.

Vinyl: VG+ (No One But You plays solid VG++, Fire (It's Getting Hot) plays EX, a few non-feelable scratches, some light sleeve scuffs, a storage warp that tracks fine).
Cover: VG+ (worn corners, ring wear, overall wear, original white generic sleeve).
Grade Scale: EX, VG++, VG+, VG, G, Poor. All records are play-graded, observed under a light bulb, and checked for warps.
