Description
Crumb is a delightful collaboration of talented Brooklyn-based musicians: Lila Ramani (guitar, vocals), Brian Aronow (synth, keys, sax), Jesse Brotter (bass), and Jonathan Gilad (drums). These friends came together in 2016 with a shared dream of developing and recording a collection of songs that Ramani had penned during her high school and college years. This creative journey led to the work ultimately resulting of the band's first two EPs, 2016's "Crumb" and 2017's "Locket." Thanks to the warm response from fans both online and at shows, the band naturally evolved into a full-time touring and recording project.This June, Crumb is excited to release* Jinx*, their first full-length album that beautifully captures their unique blend of psych-rock and jazz. On* Jinx*, Ramani continues to lead the songwriting, while Aronow, Brotter, and Gilad each contribute their own distinct ideas, perfectly complementing her ethereal, intimate vocals and shimmering guitar lines. Having been shaped by nearly two years of continuous touring, the songs gracefully sweep and swell, truly embodying the enchanting live spirit of Crumb shows, while inviting listeners even deeper into the band's mesmerizing and hypnotic journey.
