You are bidding on a used copy of “Money Talks” by Cryptic Slaughter on vinyl, released by Death / Metal Blade Records in 1987. This is the original US pressing of the LP.
Vinyl is in overall VG condition, perhaps VG+. The wax is very clean, but there are some handling smudges on Side A as well as a few light surface marks. Side B has one longer more visible mark, but I play-tested that entire side and it played through without any skips, just some general surface noise. I’d rate the artwork in the G+ range; jacket is fully intact, but has some obvious creasing in addition to normal wear around the edges and corners. Spine is mostly legible, but does show some fraying. This copy was used when I received it, so if there originally was an insert it was not included and the inner sleeve is clearly a replacement. This obviously isn’t a flawless record, but for anyone looking for a decently priced play copy, this one will work just fine. PLEASE NOTE: I am not a professional grader. As a collector, I have vinyl that looks absolutely destroyed but plays perfectly without a single skip, and I also have records I purchased Brand New that don’t have a single mark on them but skipped for no evident reason the first time I played them out of the shrink wrap. It’s just the nature of the format. All of the records I’m selling are graded based on the best assessment I can make by looking at the vinyl—obviously, I can’t listen to every record start to finish before listing them, so I’m providing the most detailed photos and descriptions I can to make sure anyone who purchases from me knows exactly what they’re buying and is satisfied. Cool? Cool.
