Current 93 Deluxe Wood Box Edition Only 31 made How He loved the Moon. NM. Very light seam split in one inner sleeve probably from shipping. Everything looks new. There are some light fingerprints on the inner sleeves from us(sorry) when we inspected the items. See photos for everything you are getting. Wooden box has a slight split in the bottom(see photo). With only 31 made back in 1995, this is one of the rarer music items out there. Buy this one at the buy it now price. You might never see another copy.

Deluxe limited edition of 31 numbered copies (20 copies for retail sale and 11 copies as gifts for the artists involved) of the double vinyl set pressed on red vinyl with a bonus picture 7" and a bonus acetate 7". Also includes an art print, a signed insert, and a numbered and signed four-page 'funeral' card (reproduces the text of "Moonbird For Jhonn" and a short farewell message by David Tibet for Jhonn Balance that he read at Jhonn's funeral), hand-printed for David Tibet and Beta-lactam Ring by Alan Anderson. The double LP is packaged in a full-color gatefold sleeve. All contents of the box are stored in a custom-sewn white bag housed inside a custom-made wood box (made of pine, oak and walnut with the joints being dovetailed and the lid etched with text and artwork). Original retail price for these sets was $425 each.

The double-sided acetate 7" will be unavailable elsewhere and contains two versions of "Moonbird For Jhonn". Track 7-C is David Tibet reading the elegy without music and track 7-D is a song version of the elegy constructed by Tibet with Ben Chasny of Six Organs of Admittance.

All material (except tracks 7-C & 7-D) remixed by Steven Stapleton from the In Menstrual Night LP/CD at Colin Potter's ICR Studios in Lancashire except for the 7" single, which was remixed by Steven Stapleton and postmixed by Michael Lawrence at Coptic Cat Studios, London. Current 93 were, for the original Moonsongs: David Tibet, Steven Stapleton, Ruby Tabatha Wallis, Diana Rogerson, Hilmar Örn Hilmarsson, John Balance, Keiko Yoshido, Rose McDowall and Bee. All tracks previously unreleased, except LP Track A which appeared as Track 1 on the release A Little Menstrual Night Music CD in 2003.

 We look at records under a 100 watt bulb. This tends to make scratches jump out at us that a 60 watter won't pick up.

Custom forms: We ship all items overseas with federal postal custom forms. All custom forms will contain the correct shipping information and selling price. Grading and Codes:
Grading System: Cover/Record
Records are visually graded.
Mint, SS Sealed, SS, or Mint: Is either new or still sealed.
NM Near Mint: Has very minor difference then mint. We normally grade everything near mint, even if it's mint. It's better to undergrade then overgrade.
VG++, VG+: Has been played but not a lot. Maybe some light scuffs or scratches, but no major wear or defects. Cover may have some light ring wear but not distracting. Minor seam wear also. VG++,VG+ records should be good enough for almost any collector BUT THEY ARE NOT MINT.
VG Very good: Will have a decent amount of surface scratches and / or surface noise and / or pops & ticks, but will not be too distracting. Cover will have more wear.
G / Good: Still plays through but will not look pretty, may be noisy but should play all the way through.
F/P: Fair / Poor: I wouldn't play it but might be fun to have till a great copy comes along.
