Sleeve: excellent – slight storage wear on seams

Vinyl (LP): very good – light surface scratch on A side

7”: near mint

Total cost will be calculated at the end of the auction and depending on the weight, a number of postage options will be available (1st class / standard parcel etc).

PLEASE NOTE: once the total weight of records reaches 2KG the price of postage increases considerably.  It is often cheaper to send more than one package to keep the postage costs down. 

If this is the case I will email you a total once the auction has finished. 

The actual price will be calculated from the Royal Mail website.

PLEASE NOTE – double albums, 12”s and 10” releases will be charged the same postage as 2LPs

Important postage information – please read before bidding):

1) Please note that I always use Royal Mail as my postal provider and the prices above include the cost of postage using them plus the materials for the packaging.

If you are not happy to pay the postage costs above or to use Royal Mail as a postal provider then PLEASE DO NOT bid as the costs above are final and not open to debate.

1a) For 6+ LPs/12”s and / or 10”s the costs will vary but are at cost, that is I don’t make any profit from the postages costs and only cover the postage itself and packaging materials.

2) I always obtain a Receipt of Postage from the Post Office at the time of posting my item(s) out.  This is my proof that the item has been posted, should any queries of this nature arise.

3) For UK buyers – by obtaining a Receipt of Postage, it offers limited insurance cover in case of loss or damage whilst in Royal Mail’s system.  This is caped, I believe at £30.  If you would like to have your item(s) insured further please contact me once the auction has finished and I can give you an exact price.

3a) For none-UK buyers - I always send my packages as Standard Airmail.  This method of postage does not provide any level of insurance for loss or damage once the package has left the UK.  If you would like your package insured, this a can be arrange but at an additional cost.  If you would like to use this service please contact me at the end of your auction.

4) Combined Postage – I’m happy to offer combined postage if you purchase a variety of formats from myself (CD, 7”, 10”, 12” and LP). Again once the auctions have finished I will send you an invoice to reflect this.  This is applicable to ALL buyers regardless of location.

About me and the items I sell:

At the end of the day I’m a private seller not a business and everything I list on Ebay comes from my own private collection I’ve built up over the last 20 years or so. I’m selling my collection off to help fund my wedding later this year.

 I was a very proud record collector and know how important it is to buy a record that matches its description, so I try to be as accurate as possible in my listings, however I’m only human and do make mistakes in relating to grading etc.  If you receive an item from me and your not happy with it, please let me know and I’ll be more than happy to resolve the issue and offer a fund if appropriate.

Please note under Ebay guidance, return postage costs are not reimbursed.

Packaging:

I’m a big collector of  vinyl and take great care when sending out records.  They are very well packaged in thick card.  Basically I send them out how I’d like to receive them.

Where possible I will try and use recycled packaging when mailing out my items.

Combined postage:

Want 2 or more item?  I’d be more than happy to combine the postage costs for them.  Once the auctions have finished I’ll contact you with a final postage cost!
