Description

This is the original deep-groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Curtis Fuller “Bone & Bari” on the West 63rd (no “INC”) labels of Blue Note BLP 1572. The playing surface has several light handling marks on both sides, but still retains a nice luster; light tics toward the end of Track 2 (“Nita’s Waltz”) Side 1, and the beginning and end of Track 1 (“Heart and Soul”) Side 2; otherwise, the record plays as new. The laminated West 63rd cover is bright and clean throughout; ¼” chip at the lower left corner and ½” split at the right edge center of the back slick.
