Description
This is a customer bundle of downtempo/trip hop tracks, including:
1) Lisa Germano - Lovesick (Underdog Remix)
A dark track with a classic Underdog powerful bass line and heavy beats. Features a vocal version and an instrumental version on the B-side.
2) Raissa - How Long Do I Get (Aim / Laj & Quaker Remixes)
The Aim remix of this track is reminiscent of Aim around the time of Cold Water Music; assertive beats and a simple but mesmerising guitar loop combined with a vocal sample. The Laj & Quaker remix is a more upbeat and housey affair, but is also very good (note there is a whiteish patch on the surface of the record's B-side, I do not believe this affects playability but I cannot guarantee this).
3) Jimi Entley Sound - Apache / Charlie's Theme On green vinyl, this 7" comes from Geoff Barrow and Adrian Uttley of Portishead. The A-side is a cover of Apache, and the B-side is a brooding, smoky acid jazz type affair that builds to a crescendo.
4) Ikon - Tricolor / Thinking Of You
On limited edition white vinyl, the A-side here is a downtempo trip hop tune featuring Portishead-like guitar licks, while the B-side is a chilled out and upbeat acoustic track with a Latin vibe.
