Comments – A very famous set of recordings of the Beethoven Piano sonatas from Ashkenazy, some consider this the finest collection of these sonatas and the recordings are superb, becoming very scarce now in this box set collection
Sleeve Condition – VG+ - Box in very good condition, very light edge ware to bottom edge only, no splits to corners or edges, all glue seems intact, fine booklet with foxing to front and back but interior pages fine, some foxing to inner surfaces of box (see photos)
Disc Condition – EX - Disc 1: NM/NM Disc 2: NM/NM Disc 3: NM/NM Disc 4: NM/NM Disc 5: EX/NM Disc 6: NM/NM Disc 7: NM/NM Disc 8: NM/NM Disc 9: NM/NM Disc 10: NM/NM Disc 11: NM/NM Disc 12: NM/NM, now rare in this exceptionally clean condition, seems very seldom played, one line on side 5 but between tracks so will not effect playback too much
