DaCapo hailed from Fürth near Nuremberg in the southeast of Germany. Not really typical for a German band with own stuff DaCapo were inspired by late 1960s American west coast scene, bands like Love or Quicksilver Messenger Service. They took their name from Love`s second album 'DaCapo' from 1966. On their eponymous album they offer a high tuneful two guitar sound with hints of country but more trippy sounds. 12 minutes title 'A Day In The Rest Of My Life' is a fine example for inspired improvisation.
