Description
Available here is a 7" vinyl single by Daddy Lindberg (The Fingers) - Shirl / Wade In The Shade. Something of a rarity and increasingly collectible, it was issued in the UK by Columbia in 1967 and has the catalogue number DB 8138.
Vinyl Condition - Very Good- - Perhaps a conservative grading and while the disc has visual evidence of having been played down the years, there are no worrying scratches. However, expect to find a few small, light, surface marks. I’ve listened to both sides and can confirm that there is no jumping, sticking or clicks but with a degree of background crackle at times. This is not excessive but more apparent during Shirl. Less pronounced during Wade In The Shade, which in any event is a louder track.
Sleeve Condition - Very Good - Columbia sleeve which could well be the original. Fully intact and tear/crease free but with wear commensurate with something of this vintage.

If possible I use good clean recyclable material but I also buy bubble wrap, brown paper, packing tape and glue and all items are well wrapped and protected before posting. Items are also weighed and postage calculated before I list at auction and a small percentage of the charge does go towards packing costs.
