DAFOS – Reference Recordings RR-15 – 45RPM Version – ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! - TAS
There are scant few records in audiophile circles that have become legendary.
This is one.
Recorded by Keith Johnson in 1982, in San Francisco, it features wonderful music from the likes of Airto, Mickey Hart, and Flora Purim, and has been on every audiophile “must have” list I know of.
To give you a mere hint of what is in store for you in the listening, note:
On stage there is a contraption made famous during Grateful Dead concerts here in the State. It's just part of the percussion battery, named "The Beast."
Fabulous copy, like new in all ways, mastered by Doug Sax and produced by J. Henderson at TAS.
