Description

Very rare and legendary punk classic from England. I guess only 500 copies of their 1st out of two 45’s do exist. Original first pressing, released on their own private mini-punk label “Shoestring” records in 1978. This all-time classic was produced by famous Robert Plant. Sleeve and vinyl are still in excellent condition. Both tracks are total classics. “The Only Sound” includes “loud” guitar hero riffs, topped with brilliant “Do It Do It Do It It’s The Only Sound” refrains. This cracker can be heard on the great punk sampler BLOODSTAINS ACROSS THE UK #2. The brilliant “NME” which stands for the famous magazine “New Musical Express” includes all elements of an all-time classic topped with great anti-NME lyrics like “NME All I Can See. NME Such A Cheap Tee. NME Is Ruling Me. Wanna Be Free From The NME”. Again, both tracks are total punk classics. Payment: Europeans via paypal or by wire transfer (it’s free of charge).
