Every Tuesday night (European time) I will offer old punky records. My name is ‘punky_music’
Cult (!) Cult (!) Cult (!). A real classic from New York City. The band includes Robin Crutchfield from DNA. I’m sure you know this DARK DAY single is an essential piece of the NO WAVE movement from the late 70s. Both tracks are fantastic, released on legendary No Wave label ‘Lust/Unlust Music’ in conjunction with the private mini label ‘Strike It From The Records’ in 1979 (catalogue number NML). Complete with large photo/lyric sheet. The fantastic A-sider is entitled ‘Hands In The Dark’. And the equally superb 'Invisible Man’ on the flip. Produced by Charles Ball. This original first pressing from New York City rarely shows up for sale. The picture sleeve was done by band leader Robin L. Crutchfield. This rarity is a must-have for fans of TEENAGE JESUS & THE JERKS, MARS, ARTO LINDSAY, NO NEW YORK, minimalism, synthizer, etc. The front sleeve shows an age spot and two minimal tears (not a big deal) otherwise the condition is:

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
